With this simulator, you can log:

  • Up to 2.5 hours toward a Private Pilot certificate
  • Up to 20 hours toward an Instrument Rating

Maintain or Regain Instrument Currency

  • To maintain currency, use the simulator to log your six approaches, holding, and tracking within the past six months.
  • If your instrument currency has lapsed, I can conduct an Instrument Proficiency Check (IPC) in the simulator, covering all maneuvers except circle-to-land and landing from an instrument approach.

New Private Pilot

Congratulations to Kerry Peterson for earning his Private Pilots license! After 3 delays due to maintenance and another due to weather, the moons and stars aligned on May 14 for a perfect day of flying. Kerry’s hard work and strong study habits, allowed him to easily pass the Private Pilot check ride. You have your license just in time for the summer flying season. Nice job and happy flying!

Congratulations to Eli Vallejo for his first solo! Eli made three great landings at Nephi (U14) on Wednesday, March 23, 2022. The winds were light and the landings were soft. Eli is well on his way to earning his Private Pilot license by the Summer. Nice job Eli! Keep up the good work.

Training is conducted in a small group environment in a professional classroom setting in Orem, UT. Taught by an experienced Flight Instructor with over 20 years of teaching experience in both the military and civilian aviation sectors.
